ONE-DHHS Help Desk utilizes a comprehensive trouble ticket software package that facilitates troubleshooting and detecting problem trends.
PSC requires all users to annually self-certify that they are authorized to use PMS and that they will use it in accordance with federal rules and regulations. User Self Certification instructions can be found HERE.
PMS passwords expire every 60 days (Password Reset Instructions). If a user’s password needs to be reset (either due to expiration or because it was forgotten) prior to setting up their security questions & answers, they must contact the ONE-DHHS Help Desk to have their password reset.
