Payment Management Services – New Automated System Access Process and Webpage Update

Payment Management Services is automating its federal agency and recipient user Payment Management System (PMS) access request processes and updating its webpage. Federal agency personnel and recipients that need new access, change in existing access, deactivation of access or updates to personal contact information, will be required to use the new automated functionality that will be accessed via the new webpage. If you currently have access to PMS, your access will not change. The webpage address will not change, it will remain The new functionality and webpage will be released in April 2018.

PMS will continue to accept the paper awarding agency and recipient access request forms until the new functionality is released.

No action is required. New information will be added to this page as it becomes available.
