pms access procedures


New Grant Recipients

To obtain access to the Payment Management System (PMS), Grantees must complete the below forms

The forms can be submitted to your PSC Liaison Accountant by emailing the forms directly to them or by faxing at (301) 492-5096 or (301) 492-4581.

Current Grant Recipients

The SF-1199A provides the grantee's banking information in order to have funds electronically transmitted to grantee's banking institution.

If there is a change in the grantee's banking institution or account number, a new SF-1199A must be submitted to PSC.
