FFR Due Dates

FFR (FCTR) Due Dates

The Federal Financial Reports (FFR) for the previous quarter are available the day after the quarter ends. Be sure to submit your Federal Cash Transaction Report (FCTR) on time. If PMS does not receive your report by the due date, funds may not be released until the report is completed.

For disbursement activity during the months of: The FFR is due on: October 1st through December 31st - 1st Qtr. January 30th January 1st through March 31st - 2nd Qtr. April 30th April 1st through June 30th - 3rd Qtr. July 30th July 1st through September 30th - 4th Qtr. October 30th

NOTE: There is no FFR FCTR requirement for PMS accounts ending in "B" or "B1".

FFR (FSR) Due Dates

The FFR Financial Status Report (FSR), formerly FSR-269, reports single grants. If your agency uses PMS for FSR, be sure to submit your report on time. If PMS does not receive your report by the due date, funds may not be released until the report is completed.

The Grants Management Officer sets the due dates for the report. If you are not aware of the due date, please contact the Grants Management Officer at the Awarding Agency.

The following Federal Agencies are utilizing the FSR via the Payment Management System.

  • Veterans Affairs (Supportive Services for Veteran Families and National Center on Homelessness Among Veterans)– Final
  • Executive Office of the President - Quarterly
  • Internal Revenue Service (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) - Final
  • Department of State (all users codes) - Quarterly
  • Department of Agriculture (Office of Advocacy and Outreach) - Quarterly
  • Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (Sub-accounts: SDIC-CMS, DOP-CMS, TEFT-CMS) – Semi-Annual
  • Administration for Children & Families (Sub-accounts: TCSE16 and REFSS16) - Quarterly
