Holiday Closure Information

Program Support Center is closed on all Federal Holidays, which includes:

  • New Year's Day
  • Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
  • President's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Fourth of July
  • Labor Day
  • Columbus Day
  • Veteran's Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

The Payment Management System will be available from 9 AM to 9 PM (Eastern Time) on the holiday. Payments received after 5 PM (Eastern Time) the business day before the holiday will be processed on the next business day.

Contact the PMS Help Desk at (877) 614-5533, or via email at for support. If the Help Desk cannot resolve your issue, you will be referred to your PMS Liaison Accountant. Ensure the individuals involved in the payment review process within your organization receive this information.
