Office of the Director
The Office of the Director is the central office at Payment Management Services. The director is responsible for the overall operations of the Payment Management System.

Information Systems Branch
Responsible for the management, compliance and security of the payment system in operation, as well as the on-going enhancement and related processes for processing grant payments for the federal government.

Customer Liaison Branch
Responsible for providing support to grant recipients and awarding agencies. CLB helps customers with responding to inquiries related to PMS accounts, processing entity registrations, grant recipient user access request, banking request, payment requests, journal vouchers, and providing technical assistance on inquires related to the Federal Financial Report.

Accounting and Reports Branch
Responsible for providing a full range of financial accounting services that meet strict Federal financial management requirements and applicable Federal accounting and transaction standards. ARB serves as the liaison with the Department of Treasury for grant payments as well as the document control point for Audit confirmation reports, A-133 Audit Resolution and Return of Funds.
